Tealbox Digital: From GTM to OMG: Building Growth Machines at Tealbox (2021-Present)

When I first joined Tealbox, it wasn’t some slick machine with dashboards humming and teams sprinting. It was raw, chaotic, and full of potential—the kind of place where you roll up your sleeves and build the plane mid-flight. In the early days, I dove headfirst into operations, delivery, and internal scaling. I wasn’t just working in the business—I was helping shape how the business worked. I redesigned onboarding flows, streamlined client delivery, and introduced visibility tools that gave the team clarity and speed. We were a lean crew, but I helped us build scalable systems—from hiring playbooks to internal training libraries—so we could punch above our weight. I led our internal marketing and comms, helped define our brand voice, and even worked on go-to-market collateral that brought in new client verticals. My role touched everything from early client partnerships to fixing what broke behind the scenes—always with a bias toward action. As the team grew and the business matured, my role evolved. That’s when I stepped into Lead – Digital Revenue, taking charge of the client growth engine. I began leading performance strategy across markets in APAC and EMEA, translating business goals into full-funnel paid media plans and growth roadmaps. I managed ad spends in the millions, restructured accounts, cleaned up tracking, and unlocked scale for clients who were stuck. More importantly, I helped turn revenue into repeatable systems—building forecasting tools, process frameworks, and creative testing loops that worked regardless of budget size or product category. From Series A SaaS tools to publicly listed consumer brands, I’ve helped teams grow not just fast, but smart. Across both roles, one thing remained constant: I was always solving for scale—in revenue, in team performance, and in strategic clarity.

Storyteller: Where AI Meets Creative Madness (2024-Present)

After years of building performance playbooks, I wanted to take on a different kind of challenge—building category-defining tools. That’s when I joined Storyteller, an AI-driven creative analytics platform built for media buyers, brands, and agencies who want more than just CTRs and ROAS. Here, I supported strategic partnerships and GTM, helping bridge the gap between what the product could do and what the market needed it to become. I worked closely with agency leads, growth teams, and platform partners to drive early adoption, sharpen positioning, and uncover high-impact use cases. I wasn’t just bringing in users—I was shaping how the product showed up in the world: - Turning performance insights into product feedback, - Translating analytics into creator-friendly tools, - And building a repeatable ecosystem of value across partners. This was part BD, part product strategy, and part whisperer-of-what-comes-next.

Avesthagen: My First Real Playground (and Crash Course in Everything) (2017-2021)

I joined Avesthagen with stars in my eyes—thinking I’d pursue a career in genetics. But life had other plans. I started as a Junior Research Associate, supporting project ops and reconciliation work… and soon realized I was far more interested in building businesses than running PCRs. What followed was a crash course in grit, ambiguity, and growth. At the group’s FMCG subsidiary, Avesta Good Earth Foods, I took on a role in sales and business development—right as the company was making a comeback after a multi-year hiatus. The category had changed, the competition had exploded, and we were starting from scratch. I helped rebuild broken supplier relationships, reopened distribution channels, and grew sales from ₹0 to ₹15L+ per month in under 7 months. I learned how to hustle, pitch, negotiate, and scale—often all in the same day. Later, I joined the parent company’s leadership team as Manager – Corporate Affairs & Business Development, where I helped: - Rebrand and reposition the group’s wellness initiatives, - Build internal processes across legal, HR, and ops, - And even supported capital raise efforts and investor comms. It was the most non-linear, high-velocity growth phase of my career—and it taught me how to build in the real world, with real constraints.
